Overview
We have a no return policy. Returns are applicable only for certain special conditions.
To return an item, please email customer service at thepetromart@gmail.com to obtain a Unique Return (UMA) number. After receiving an UMA number, click photographs of the product and also make a video in which you are clearly showing the damage.
note:- *refunds are only applicable in case the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@thepetromart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the mail with instructions on how you can initiate a refund request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Our team will check the proofs you provide and then issue the refund if applicable
Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Wrong product or Damages. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items We do not accept returns for Electronics Keypad materials, Power supply or any other electronics Products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your issue to thepetromart@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
